Bairds Beard Oil was born behind the barber chair — where real conversations happen, and where I saw firsthand how many men were out there growing beards without ever learning how to actually care for them.
I’m a barber by trade, a wife and mom by heart, and the owner of a beard oil company that’s anything but average. I started this brand after my clients kept asking for beard care advice — and I couldn’t find a single product line that used high-quality ingredients and smelled the way I knew they’d want to.
So I did what any hardworking American would do — I created my own.
What started as a few custom oils made in partnership with a local company quickly turned into something bigger. I took over the business, made it my own, and haven’t looked back since. Every bottle we make is crafted with purpose, premium ingredients, and the kind of care you can only get from someone who actually gives a damn.
